REFUND POLICY: No Return / No Refund
Learn Smartly does not give refunds for purchases. However, there is an exception.
“COOLING OFF” period;
- You are entitled to a two-hour (2 hour) “cooling off” period within which you can apply for a refund. After the two hours (from time of purchase) is up you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
- All products are sold “as is”. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and after the cooling off period has expired, no refunds will be issued.
- You can contact us, within the “cooling off” period at support@learnsmartly.me
- You will be required to engage with us to explain the reason for your refund request.
- Learn Smartly holds the sole right to grant a discretionary refund or not.
- If your refund is approved, your report will be removed from your dashboard and you will not be able to access it again.
